Bookkeeper 

We are seeking a part-time full-charge bookkeeper for our busy office. To ensure success in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping, be highly organized, able to prioritize necessary tasks clearly and correctly, be proficient in QuickBooks (desktop), strong with Excel, have excellent project management skills, professional communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications:
3 – 5 years bookkeeping experience;
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; and
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks;
Create financial reports and perform analysis for management;
Maintain tax, insurance, and compliance requirements, including completing insurance audits;
Remit sales tax and file sales tax returns;
Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;
Prepare and process payroll;
Remit payroll tax;
Work with the accountant to prepare year-end tax returns;
Other office and bookkeeping duties, as assigned.

Salary: $20-$22/ hour

Marketing Assistant 

To ensure success in this role, you should have stellar written and verbal communication skills, experience as a gardener on the Treasure Coast of Florida, basic understanding of marketing practices, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of/experience with digital and email marketing platforms (we use Constant Contact);
Knowledge of/experience with website design and maintenance;
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with other team members to create engaging and  informative content for various marketing channels including a weekly newsletter, blog posts, email  campaigns, and social media; 
Maintenance of WordPress/Elementor website;
Coordinate marketing for classes, events, and promotions;
Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends;
Assist with developing and updating marketing materials, including presentations, and flyers;
Other marketing duties, as assigned.
